Dara Quinn

President, Director of Finance and Administration, Systems Design

Dara has been interested in solar energy since childhood. She and husband Dean Bell are avid recyclers, composters, and energy conservationists. As business manager for Action Man Plumbing, and administrator / bookkeeper for the Emerald of Siam Thai Restaurant (Richland WA) for many of its 25 years, her experience with business management has laid a strong foundation for leading the administrative side of Columbia Basin Solar.

Dean Bell

Director of Operations, Senior Installation Technician, Master Plumber

Licensed in both Washington and Oregon as a Journeyman Plumber since 1992, Dean has developed a nearly legendary reputation for his quality workmanship on homes and businesses in the Northwest Region. Dean is the principal man behind Action Man Plumbing, a successful service plumbing business that services the Tri-cities area. Dean lives in Richland with his wife Dara, son Dylan and daughter Dayle.

David Willis aka "Willis"

Director of Sales and Marketing, System Design

Bringing to the table over a decade of office management experience, and years of successful sales and marketing campaigns in the radio and music industries, as well as a distinct passion for customer service, Willis is uniquely suited to drive Columbia Basin Solar's sales and marketing departments. With a longstanding passion for alternative energy, and a deeply rooted philosophy of "buy local" and energy independence, he believes that solar energy is about more than just the numbers.

Willis and his wife Cedar are Seattle transplants, enjoying the sun in Kennewick along with dog Lulu (a Japanese Chin/Pekinese mix).
